It doesn’t matter if you were still playing or not. You’d have to have pressed the play button in the exact same millisecond or less to have had the same result. Since slots are fire different sequences over 1000 times a second it’s unlikely you’d have had the same result in the same spin. Unless it was at a VLT/class II (specific states in which each spin is numbered and a specific one has the jackpot attached).

The same thing happened to me a few times.. Quick hit machines, one time I sat a machine, i played about 200$. with a total donation, i got up, walked away defeated.. on my way out of the casino, i pass by that machine i was at, fkn jackpot being paid out if like.. 4000$ . i never felt so mad .lol
